For the 10th year in a row, the CJHIF Executive Committee has included a budget for Wellness grant programs. Attached is the grant application, which is similar to prior years. Please complete and include a specific dollar amount for the program and stipend (if applicable).
The Fund will accept applications through June 30, 2026, but each application must be approved by the Executive Committee. To be approved at a meeting, please submit the application 10 days prior to the Executive Committee meeting or it will have to wait 2 months. Click here for the 2026 meeting schedule.
